1. Advance Payment Policy

Any advance payment made while placing an order is strictly non-refundable. We request customers to place orders only after complete confirmation from their side.

2. Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges on selected products. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact us on WhatsApp: +91-9213512313 within the applicable time after delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

3. Return Policy & Store Credit

Eligible returns are accepted under our return policy. Instead of direct refunds, customers will receive a store credit note equal to the product value.
This credit note can be used anytime on future purchases and comes with no expiry date.

4. Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the courier/shipping charges while sending products back for return or exchange. We recommend using secure packaging and a trusted courier service to avoid any damage during transit.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are processed only in rare and exceptional situations, completely at the discretion of 21Official Store.
If a refund gets approved, the following handling charges will be deducted:

• ₹250 for COD Orders
• ₹150 for Prepaid Orders

These charges cover payment gateway, shipping, and operational costs.
